Collarbone definition, and slight, slight, shoulder definition.

These areas had no definition at all before, they were just submerged underneath fat. I've trying to gauge whether this was a big deal, but I find myself casually grabbing at the my collarbone and neck.

It was quite the long haul, but the week of Dogsitting has officially concluded. They got me a smokey mountain bucket hat as a souvenir, but the greatest gift of all was relinquishing me of all things concerning the dog. They filled me in on all things their vacation, it sounded wonderful. Then they got to hear about the misadventures of Brandon and Belle, it was nice catching up, we soon decided to get lunch. After a week of chicken, and the past four days of eating less than a thousand calories I wanted actual red meat and I didn't mind if it was fast food. We decided on Sonic, I got a double bacon cheeseburger and a large fries, and I gave them my drink. I also ate one of Melissa's mozzarella sticks. It typically takes me awhile to get through my food nowadays I think I naturally eat slower, but also take into account I could only eat on one side of my mouth. Weight Loss Inspiration

Nathan at his highest weight. When I first started this journey I had few inspirations, The Biggest Loser, Extreme Makeover Weightloss Edition come to mind. They only took me so far. They never really elevated me. They gave me some very unrealistic aspirations. It wasn't until this year that I got my first burst of external inspiration, and it came from YouTube. When I first started this blog in January I often mentioned how I searched the weigh loss journey tag in YouTube to find others embarking on their journey. I found quite a few, but the biggest inspiration came  from a guy named Nathan Gleason. He had uploaded a video of a day's worth of his eating, and  logged them into Myfitnesspal. Fitness Boot Camp Week: Day Two

Today's fitness goal is to once again tackle the 4 mile challenge like yesterday. And to do 10 minutes of arm curls with the dumbbells. Today's food goals are simple, stay below 1,800 calories and no chips! I'll be watching two of my nephews for a while today as well. I often think I'm as matured as I'll ever be, often thinking I'm extremely mature compared to a lot of people my age, but yesterday kind of opened my eyes. A year and a half ago I was diagnosed with high blood pressure, and decided upon myself that it was wrong, and for a year and a half I carried on like I never had been delivered that news. That wasn't mature at all, as far as maturity goes I thought I had grown to the highest point, that there wasn't anymore room for growth, because I didn't need it. Now I see I still have some growing to do. I would not have allowed a friend or family member to disregard a diagnosis like that, so it was pretty hypocritical of me. It sadd...
