Heres Whats For Dinner

Below we have my usual of boneless, skinless chicken breast (lightly season with garlic and sea salt). Steamed veggies (broccoli, cauliflower and carrots) and some baked fries which I generally have quite often. This is 210 calories. I actually did eat a bit more today, in comparison to the last several days, but I still have ended up with 1290 calories to spare.
