Heres Whats For Dinner


So what we have here is my Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast (a heftier peice today) Rice & Veggies, and Baked Fries. Today's calories is roughly 450 calories


  1. I used to live for chicken and veggies. When I was losing weight, I ate it almost every day for 17 months! I rarely eat it anymore but will probably go back to it eventually.
