12-9

That's what I work today, just a few hours away. I had some Raisin Bran for breakfast. Im kind of feeling out of it today and dont have much to say (yet), so this is it for now. Ill likely do a post work update. Its a long day, and its quite likely I will finish those computer trainings long before the shift ends, so it'll likely be an interesting day.

  1. You might want to try some knee-high support hose. They make them for men, too. I believe the sizes go up pretty big, but you might need to look online. My daughter is a big girl (as am I, but I work sitting down so it's not a problem) and she works as a nurse. The other nurses suggested that she wear the knee-high support hose and she said it was a big difference in how her feet and legs felt. I bought her some at Wal-Mart, so you might want to look for them and give them a try.

    1. Thanks for the advice, Im actually going to try to get a pair, hopefully next week, but Im not sure. Ill try anything to reduce the pain and discomfort. But would it be effective for a guy my size? (I hope so)

    1. Forgot to add, in addition to the good suggestion of compression hose to wear from Oozaroo you might want to soak your feet after your shift in some hot water and Epsom salts. You can find them at Walmart near the first aid stuff. Works for achy body parts as well if you put it in your bath.

    2. Thanks Mollie, I soaked my feet a few times after work when i worked at Target, but it had little effect, seemed to make my feet more tender, which made the symptoms of my plantar much worse when trying to walk. but perhaps Ill give it another go with the Epsom salt, thats been brought to my attention a few times in the past so ill give it ago. (If we have some, or when we get some)
